Kaufman, Texas β A Kaufman County Grand Jury returned two separate indictments for Capital Murder, on January 13, 2010, in connection with a November 2009 double homicide. Martin McKee, 37, of Farmers Branch, and Virginia Gail Youngblood, 49, of Dallas, were indicted for Capital Murder in relation to the murders of Fiona K. Olander and her ten year old daughter, Koryyn Threadgill. The mother and daughters bodies were found in a ditch in Post Oak Bend on November 10, 2009. McKee was the known boyfriend of Fiona Olander at the time of her murder. Both McKee and Virginia Youngblood could face life in prison without parole, or the death penalty if convicted. KCSO Public Information Officer Pat Laney said, βOn December 18, 2009, Kaufman County Sheriffs investigators arrested a third suspect in this case. Billy Wayne Taylor, 55, of Dallas. He was charged with Tampering/ Fabricating Physical Evidence with intent to impair a criminal investigation. The charge is a third degree felony, punishable by a fine of up to $10,000.00 and two to ten years in prison.β Mr. Taylor is currently being held at the Kaufman County Law Enforcement Center with bond set at $150,000.00.
